Meet the Founder

Maureen has been leading, coaching, guiding, supporting and mentoring individuals and teams to achieve their goals for over 25 years. She spent much of her career leading large organizations within Institutional Asset Management Distribution teams. Her focus as a Senior Executive Leader and Manager has always been to bring teams together to work toward a common goal through clear communication and expectations. She was responsible for setting sales strategy, developing client strategy plans, driving revenue production while improving the prospect, consultant and plan sponsor experience. The teams under her leadership worked together to ensure the firm met the diverse set of challenges facing Global Institutional clients.

Through her executive and non-executive board and committee experience, she understands the importance of good governance and has extensive experience advising and working with CEOs, CIOs and other executives.

Maureen has most enjoyed coaching individuals to address challenges, improve communication skills, enhance decision-making abilities to become more effective leaders and drive better results for their organization.
